Right from the start of her stay she was delighted with her room and the standard of care and friendliness of your staff were excellent. I would thank you too for your symnpathetic and efficient handling of her final hours when she was clearly failing and reaching the end. It was most re-assuring to know that Mother was happy and contented to be living with you and enjoying the last weeks of her life in comfort and safety

Just wanted to say a big thank you to you all for looking after Dad over the last nine months. He was made a comfortable as he could be and was very happy with the care you gave him. He loved to chat with you all but I think he got confused as to who was who as he said you all looked alike. I imagine he told you a few things you didnt know too. We will miss his stories of old times but we have a few to keep us going.
