We are Craig and Ann Andrew. We have been married since 1986 and we own and run The Argyle.

In 1997 we bought The Argyle, which was a residential hotel at the time. Since then we have carried out extensive renovation work to register it as a 24-bed residential home for the elderly. We feel the home is a very friendly and pleasant place to be, and work hard to keep it that way.

We have two girls and little boy Samuel, plus two lively dogs. We love running the home and it takes up most of our time, to relax we make sure we have our family holidays a couple of times a year, so we get quality time together, and we try to get to the Rugby as often as possible together.

We have great plans for the future, the home is 125 years old and there is always renovation work to be done. Craig, a joiner by trade, undertakes a lot of this work himself as he is passionate about  retaining the character of the building. As The Argyle is a grade two listed building the features have to be preserved.

I enjoy gaining further qualifications and feel that this benefits staff, residents and myself. Our aim is to make The Argyle a friendly and efficient home, as well as ensuring the continuing well-being of the residents.
